How to close my cscs accounts with CSCS Nigeria?

I think i mistakenly opened more than one cscs account in the stock exchange when i moved from one stockbroker to the other. They both registered a cscs account for me and this normally causes confusion for me at times. How do i close my other cscs accounts so that i can only have one?

Maybe he was using 2 different names cos if you used a regular name and address, your stockbrokers should know or at least should have asked him.

Just ask your stockbrokers and they will give you forms for closing it. I THINK they also have the necessary information on the website for those having more than one CHN.

There are two ways you can access your cscs account independently and they are:
- Using the internet
- Making and offline application at the cscs office

Now for the first one, you need to at least have already subscribed for the online access servie and it costs about N2500 for a year. Just collect the form from the cscs office or download it online, you can call their office phone to confirm that the form is up to date as well as the fees, pay at the required Nigerian bank and then submit the form in person to their office and get a stamped copy. You will include your email address and proposed password in that application and with that, you can be able to access it once the admin has sent you a welcome mail by going to cscsnigerialtd.com

For the second one, you will just go to their office and ask for how you can apply for a stock statement, You will have to do it in writing or typed and then include your investor and cscs account number and within 24 hrs you will be given a printed stock statement related to that account. I think that application costs about N200 per statement.
